Responsibilities

This is what you’ll do:

• 👉 Design, create and execute test cases.
• 👉 Identify quality issues and defects.
• 👉 Participate in product deployments for pre-prod validations.
• 👉 Manage test environment creation and maintenance.
• 👉 Monitor automated tests being run during deployments.
• 👉 Recommend solutions or workarounds to defects when applicable.

Requirements

This is what you’ll need:

• 👉 Over 3 years of experience working in quality assurance within a fast-paced web application development environment.
• 👉 Experience performing manual functional black-box testing and manual exploratory testing.
• 👉 Programming experience is helpful, but not required.
• 👉 Ability to quickly understand business processes to identify nesting areas within a system.
• 👉 Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium a plus.
• 👉 Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Jenkins and TeamCity.
• 👉 Ability to leverage AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to modernize testing processes.
• 👉 Knowledge or experience working within the recruiting, payroll, accounting, or other related workforce management business areas.
• 👉 Obsessive attention to detail that approaches perfection, but not paralysis.
• 👉 Excellent communication skills and works well within a team environment, and within team processes.
