Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing?

• Participation in project requirement documentation and web application feature design and development
• Per assigned project requirements:
• Implementation and testing of new web applications.
• Augmentation of existing web applications with new features and capabilities.
• Defect corrections and general UX improvements.
• Design and implementation of testing suites for applications.
• Secure coding best practices.
• Performant coding best practices.
• Participation in application documentation and training.

Requirements

• Front-end technologies: JavaScript, CSS and Bootstrap, HTML 5
• Frameworks: Spring, AngularJS, jQuery
• Backend Technologies:Java, Preprocessing Templates (e.g. JSP or Velocity), Relational SQL Database (MySQL preferred)
• Unix-like operating systems
• Windows operating systems
• Web application security: Best practices, OWASP Top 10, Git version control
• Oral Communication
• Written Communication
• Organization
• Professionalism
• Time Management
